The interview process was easy and very respectful of my time. It was probably the most enjoyable hiring process I have ever been through and I enjoyed every discussion and meeting I had along the way proving there has been vast improvements to company culture and the team as a whole (compared to previous reviews). There were 4 interviews: The first was with your HR rep that stays with you and guides you through the whole hiring and onboarding process. This was a general "get to know you" interview and was done on a phone call. The second was within a few days and was a video conference with a direct manager. This was a more in-depth interview asking typical "get to know you" questions but also questions to understand behavioral tendancies. The third was an on-site walkthrough of one of the communities and a chance to meet most of the team. It was a great way to get to know the environment and culture of the company while also having mini-interviews with all of the team that are conversational and enjoyable. The final interview was also a video conference with a senior member of the team. This was probably the hardest interview but also a great peek into the world of wework. The questions given to me and the answers to my questions were very insightful and it was refreshing to speak with such a smart and driven individual who clearly cares deeply about the success of all employees on the team and the company as a whole.
