The process was extremely disorganized. One phone interview was missed entirely and rescheduled. Another phone interview was rescheduled with a different interviewer just a few hours before. I was then scheduled for a next video interview, and only told the day of that they would not be moving forward with me. I had taken extra preparation to be available by video, so I felt this was very rude of them to change last minute. It speaks volumes for how this disorganized company would support their sales staff.

Interview
The recruiter for WeWork contacted me to schedule an interview. They have an automated website that relates to her schedule so you can pick a time, sounds cool? Not really. I had a few scheduling conflicts on both our calendars. By this time, I felt like I annoyed her prior to even speaking with her. It was a rather bland interview, who are you & why we work. 5 minutes and you're out. Truth be told, for someone who is hosting Skype interviews in the droves, and being an applicant, you really need to impress the hell out of that person in 5 minutes or less.
