The whole process took about 2 months. Everyone I spoke to at WeWork was kind and insightful to talk with. The sad part was the lack of structure and organization when planning interviews. My recruiter would reach out and tell me I would be interviewing with one person, only to find out I was completely interviewing with another the day of the interview. Anytime I reached out to clarify, I would never receive a response to my questions. I showed up to an interview fully prepared to present a take home assessment I was given only to find out none of my interviewers knew of this assessment and instead was interviewed. I was told around the second to last interview things were progressing in a very positive way, only to then receive news that the position I was applying to was dissolved and they were no longer conducting interviews.
