I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WeWork (New York, NY) in May 2020
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. I had a Zoom interview with someone in HR who was lovely and made me excited about the opportunity. She really understood how my previous experience aligned with the job requirements. The second person that interviewed me was a regional manager I believe. He was atrocious. Rude, detached, and flat out told me he didn’t understand how anything I’ve ever done related to the position I was interviewing for. In hindsight I am thankful I was not hired as his behavior towards me seems to be the norm at the company.

I applied online. I interviewed at WeWork (São Paulo, São Paulo) in May 2026
Interview
Four rounds of interviews with one in person building visit. One interview, zoom interview, in person visit w/ interview, final interview over zoom. It's a long and arduous process that didn't really sit well with me, but they do like to be thorough about who they're hiring based on first impressions. It's a lot of in person, customer service stuff with face to face interactions so it makes sense. Still, four rounds is kind of crazy.
