I had to go through four rounds of interviews with mixed messages and expectations. First with a recruiter, then with the assistant regional director and senior manager, then with an actual community manager and when I asked for higher pay they made me have another interview for a specific location that was supposed to be more demanding.

Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé dans un espace WeWork à Paris avec deux managers de l'équipe Community. L'entretien portait sur mon parcours professionnel, mon expérience en relation client et ma capacité à créer du lien entre les membres. Les échanges ont été professionnels, bien structurés et les managers ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sur le poste et l'entreprise. Une expérience globalement positive et respectueuse.
