Question 1
When have you gone above and beyond for a customer?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WeWork
Interview
Recruited by a LinkedIn connection; conversed back and forth with several team members via email. Went through 3 rounds of video interviews, and the last indicated a strong interest and said would be in touch about bringing me on-site. Video interviews were pleasant, informative, and conversational. Last interview said I would hear by end of day the next day about my on site interview (Tuesday), sent my thank you email, and waited until Friday to send a follow up. Did not hear anything by the following Tuesday, so emailed another reruiter I had interviewed with to note I was still interested in the role. Did not hear back until the following Monday from either recruiter; one emailed to state the position is no longer a hiring priority and they would be in touch when it opens back up, and the other stated they went with a different candidate. Not sure what happened there, but being completely out of the loop was frustrating, particularly as someone who works in recruiting and values keeping candidates up to speed.
