Horrible! This is more pre-interview communications. The wework recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, and asked if I’d be interested in the role - he thought I’d be a good match. Arranged a call by emails, but he only managed to call me 10 mins later than he said he would. As he contacted you on LinkedIn, you’d imagine he has read your profile. He asked if I manage events in my current role - did he not even know my current role and how did he think I’d be a good match! He then started talking to me for a sales job which I wasn’t interested in. Then he just told me the event manager role is a suite senior role so we will leave it an open conversation. How rude!!! I do have years of experience in events in my previous job, obviously he did not read my profile either..
