Interview
It took about two months which could have been a lot shorter, however, the manager I had to talk to was really great and kind. The interview was pretty straight forward too and he was very informative as he would try to teach you on how to add to your answers

Interview
Very lenghty interview process - Believe I had 5 separate calls scheduled - 2 with 1 person - 1 with another - and then 2 with team leads. Basic questions but long calls.

Interview
Interviews went well, spoke with multiple people within the business but primarily the head of design. Went through 3 interview stages, during my initial interview I ensured my salary expectations were able to be matched. They confirmed it was. After all the interviews I was offered the job at a 10% reduction of the expectation I told them and confirmed would be okay. I told them I needed it to be closer, they came back with a 3% increase informing me “accounts would approve anymore”. So all in all, I did really want to work here and liked everything about the company but wasted my time and theirs. After politely declining the 3% increases telling them once again it was below my expectations but I would love to work for them if any other further opportunities came along, I never once received a reply which is absolutely unacceptable. After not receiving a reply it changed my perception of the entire company, I am glad I didn’t accept the position. TLDR: Make sure your salary expectation is much higher than what you want or you will probably not get what you want and waste your time.
