Overall, the interview process is structured, relevant, and aligned with the role’s core requirements. With a bit more emphasis on practical application and candidate engagement. You have the first interview with 2 supervisors and then a second interview with the clinical director and Manager.

I had a zoom interview and they try to break you under pressure but just be yourself and give honest answers. They emphasize how you have to be organized and prioritize your time. They did not mention how many cases they are going to give you.
