The process needs a bit of adjustments though. The first time I did the interview, there were no follow up, but the second time with a friend recommendations it went pretty smooth.

Prima chiamata breve da una persona che si occupa di fatturazione per sua stessa ammissione nella quale non è chiaro il contenuto del lavoro e la mission aziendale che viene raccontata come impegnata dal noleggio auto ad altri servizi.
Secondo step organizzato tramite email questa volta con una head hunter che entra per i primi minuti in riunione e poi lascia condurre ad una persona molto giovane, consulenze esterno aziendale che si occupa di strategia di marketing.
L'intervista è una chiacchierata piacevole ma condotta non professionalmente perché dopotutto nel seppur breve iter le tre persone incontrate si occupano di tutt'altro.
Sensazione di grande disorganizzazione e contesto che sulla base del contatto avuto sembrerebbe da evitare.

The HR lies and takes advantage by reading your CV and saying that they need all the things that u have listed in there. When it comes to the job its totally unrelated. The moment u decline their offer they will show their true faces. Based on everything that happened to me and other people i must say I’ve dodged a bullet as the staff seems very toxic (at my standpoint of view and glance).
