Wcs Lending interview questions

It was unprofessional and really bad. Too many personal questions and not that much job related interview questions. Got letter with job offer, send back counter offer and never heard back from them again. Called the hiring manager and she said she will call me back, never heard back from them again. It has been 4 months and they are still hiring for the same position.
