The interviewing process consisted of three rounds. In the first round, I had a conversation with an HR representative, which primarily aimed at getting to know me better. Following that, I had a technical interview where they asked me direct theoretical questions, inquired about code-related concepts, and challenged me to debug an application issue that they had sent me previously. This interview was conducted by both the Engineering Manager and a developer. The final interview took the form of a panel interview with three key individuals within the company. This round primarily focused on assessing my cultural fit within the organization and evaluating my suitability for the role. Remarkably, the entire process was swift, spanning approximately three weeks from the submission of my resume. Throughout the process, everyone was exceptionally responsive to any inquiries, making the interview experience as transparent as possible.
