I had three interviews when interviewing with Wayspring. The first was with their recruiter, the second was with the VP of operations and the third was with the VP of operations and the head of HR.
The interview process was the best I have ever experienced. The first interview was spent discussing the job and the salary with the recruiter being very open and honest about all of those things. I found it refreshing to have that kind of honesty about benefits and salary at the beginning of the process.
The second interview was a one-on-one conversation that convinced me that I HAD to work with Wayspring. The VP of operations was knowledgeable, passionate about her work, and made asking questions so easy. I was excited about the prospect of working with a company that is so passionate about helping fill the gaps that I have encountered as a therapist.
The third interview was just as pleasant and confirmed my feeling of excitement to work with this company. As of now...I have been with the company for a few months, and I am so happy that I decided to come work with this amazing group of people!
