A recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn. She gave me some questions on email, After 3-4 days, received an email saying that I had an interview with the hiring manager THE NEXT DAY. I wish they can schedule at least 2 days before so I can prepare. The interview was really awkward. At the end of the interview, he said that he would let me know a week later. But I got ghosted until now. Never got respond or anything

Was contacted by a staffing agency, who arranged a final round interview for me within a week. Spent 1.5 hours total by rotating among 3 interviewers (30 min each). Had a very open dialogue about the job description. Was contacted within 10 business days after interviewing. I was selected for the position.
