Wayland Baptist University interview questions

Panel interview; mostly made up of management and the person I'd be working with; fairly easy; lasted about 30 minutes. Friendly faces. Asked about my strengths, weaknesses and about relocating. Can't complain.

The interview process was very confusing and misleading. I applied for one job, was called in to interview, got a call that I was rejected and then 2 weeks later they call me back for a "second interview" (after being turned down) for a different job and didn't even tell me what that job was until it was offered to me.
