I applied online, and it took almost 30 days that I got the phone interview. The interviewer asked me to talk about my experiences and also asked some behavior questions. The interviewer is not patient at all, always interupted me when I was talking, he asked me to go through my experiences, but I just said one sentence then I was interupted, which I thought was not so comfortable.
