The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter on linked in, from there she scheduled a phone screening and told me about what Wayfair is all about and about some open opportunities they have. At the end of our phone screening ( which lasted about 30 minutes) she scheduled a phone interview with a senior account manager. Before my phone interview I had to do a personality test which took me 45 minutes. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and he just asked basic questions about my work experience, how I kept repeat clients, and what motivated me. After the phone interview a couple of days later I was emailed to come in for an in person interview. The face to face interview was relaxed and more of a conversation and they had me write a response to two questions regarding a customer complaint and how I would respond to the customer. One hour after my interview my recruiter called to tell me I got the position. The whole process took one week.
the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process
It was fine, the person who interviewed me was lovely. Explained the role well, and very human. Took an interest in me and my skills, and didn't wait long to contact me to offer the role.
