!5 minute interview over the phone. A few days later you go in for a test answering 7 questions and you type in your answers. A WPM typing test. A test listening to a customer complaint. You are tested on the computer to see if you were listening and you also type a pretend note to see if you can effectively explain the call resolution. The same day if you pass that part you have an interview with two people who might not be your future bosses. They tell you if you have a job the same day but tell you that you have to get a drug test and background check before getting the official offer email. This whole process takes about 7 days.

After an easy telephone interview with HR I had a Skype Interview with the Head of Sales. I had to make one role play. The guy was very unfriendly and not very interested in the role at all.
