Had a recruiter screening, behavioral interview with a hiring manager from the team, and case interview with a more technical manager. Case was medium difficulty, I struggled but ended up getting the offer.

Not difficult at all, just do a case and a series of behavioral - you just have to understand that they care about cross functional leadership. Very flat organization - you will be interviewed by random senior managers who don't care that much if you get hired or not

1st round case — very straightforward and was about 45 mins 2nd round behavioral — 2 back to back 45 mins interviews They send an interview guideline sheet to prep with beforehand, which was helpful and if you go by that you will be fine.
