Recruiter is super engaged throughout the whole candidacy process. Wayfair is very clear on what will be expected at each round of the interview process and how you can prepare.

Describe a time you worked cross-functionally? Tell me a time you were a mentor to someone. How have you lead by example?
4 interviews with multiple departments. HR, then managers from different teams. Quick process and good communication. Everyone was very personable and easy to talk to and had clear instructions for the interview.

Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was an hour long case study where you had to do math and they asked situational questions. The second round was a 45 min case study and 45 min behavioral question session. Overall, It was easy to connect with their employees and felt very conversational. They asked a lot of questions and definitely made me think, but I was able to showcase myself well.
