I had an online test on general SQL skills, python skills, and case analysis skills. The OA interview process is very fast, I get this test about one week after my application. Currently, I am waiting for further video interviews.

This by far has been my worst interview experience ever. Wayfair had sent me an online test which was 75 mins long and consisted if 3 sections. I was able to successfully pass the test. A week after giving the test I got an email from the recruiter saying she would like to set up a google hangout for the next round. It's been 2 weeks since I last got her email. On checking the application status, my application shows not selected. This, not the first time this has happened to me while interviewing for Wayfair. The recruiters take candidates time and effort for granted. I was a deserving candidate with a potential to make it to the final round but due to the company's mismanaged hiring process, I lost out on an opportunity because of this.
