I didn't get the role, but the initial screening was a twenty minute phone call with a lot of behavioral questions. The recruiter was very nice but did not answer with any follow up about the next steps, or lack thereof even after sending a followup email.

how do you handle a team member that is lacking in their work?
Had a recruiter screening, behavioral interview with a hiring manager from the team, and case interview with a more technical manager. Case was medium difficulty, I struggled but ended up getting the offer.

Interview
Pretty easy. Had a hacker rank and then a case interview in google sheets. Two more behavioral after that. Huge AI push in the company so if you yap about that, you should be set.
Not difficult at all, just do a case and a series of behavioral - you just have to understand that they care about cross functional leadership. Very flat organization - you will be interviewed by random senior managers who don't care that much if you get hired or not
