Long process, traveled for last interview (waste of time). Had the experience they were seeking as my current job i do literally the same thing if not more. I called out of my current job to fly and interview for this one. What a waste of time. Why ask in my 2nd phone interview if i was okay with logistics and i tell you yes and you stated that it was okay, Wayfair would teach me logistics and still flew me out for the last interview? Meeting in Denver with my contact, as soon as i walked in, i could tell he was not interested. Call center staff is small compared to what i manage daily, waited a week only to hear from the recruiter. Stating that i did not have logistic experience, in which my panel questions during the last interview, never touched on logistics and more on Call Center Management experience. My test questions were not based on logistics, all on call center KPI metrics. The test was taken before being moved to the 2nd process of the interview as well. All bad experience as i could have stayed in Las Vegas and went to work that day. smh. Why interview, drag through the process and you initially wanted someone with Warehouse experience to run a call center? ok....
