Made it through the 1st Round Interview (1-hour Google Hangouts case interview and time for Q&A at the end). Interviewed for Final Round On-Site recently (3 interviews: Case, Situational Analysis, and Behavioral-- Case and Situational Analysis Wayfair-related)-- waiting on decision.

Phone call from recruiter, asked alot of questions and made me feel comfortable.
Process was easy and i was offered the job in the spot. I love it at Wayfair
I had two rounds of interview, and each round of interview was composed with two part (either one case and one behavior style interview, or two cases interviewed by different people)..... There were both quantitative and qualitative styled questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Berlin) in Feb 2021

1 phone interview with someone fromt the HR
3 interviews on the spot with 3 different managers. General talk about my background and personality, then one interview with the manager of the team including technical interview and at the end another interview with a manager from another team which included hypothetical situations questions.
