I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I had a phone screening with a technical recruiter followed by an in person interview with several team members and the team manager. The recruiting staff were incredibly professional and the process was a well-oiled machine.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied online for another position. Recruiter suggested position of QA Analyst. I applied to the job, came in that week for an interview and got the job the following week. Simple process, but I feel like I was just a number to fill a position not as though they were looking for qualified indivduals for this specific position.

Interview
First they contacted me to set up a phone interview, which was pretty basic (Why do you want to work at Wayfair etc.). Then they set up an on-site interview in which I met with 2 managers together. I think this is pretty common since they are constantly hiring a large volume of new employees they aren't always sure where they want to place you right away.

Question 1
They mostly just asked about my past experience and why I wanted to work at Wayfair. They asked about my computer skills and goals for the future.
