Overall it was a good interview process and they were very timely with getting back to me! You can definitely tell they are a startup and still figuring things out but I had no issues with the process.
I applied on WayUp's job platform, heard back a week later to set up phone interview with hiring manager. The call started a little late, but she was very apologetic. Basic "tell me about yourself" questions. Heard within 2 days for next step which was another phone call with a manager, asked more questions pertaining to role and why I want to work for WayUp.
The next steps were an in person interview at their office as well as a work sample to be submitted before then. The work sample was pertaining to what the daily job would entail, and I received it as soon as I scheduled my in person interview.
The in person interview was with 4 different people from the team, and everyone was super friendly. Some of the questions were challenging but overall it was very similar to other in person interviews. The final step was a quick phone call with the CEO/Co-Founder, and I heard if I was offered the job that same day.
