Applied online, after a month I received a call from the recruiter. Went through two interviews. One about soft skills, one more about hard skills. In the second interview I felt that it went really well and I was really enthusiastic of applying for this particular position but they were not convinced that I was interested enough. Apparently my interests of environmental and social policies undermine their objectives. I feel like I did not have chance to demonstrate that I am interested in many areas and digitalisation is part of any policy. I got the impression that they are looking for mostly people who are ONLY interested in economics and digitalisation.

Deux autres entretiens avec manager et partner. Dont un entretien plus de présentation de l’entreprise plus informel

Interview
I had a contact of a partner there, HR then reached out to me and then initiated two meetings with one principal and one partner. They introduced me to what they are doing and asked what I want to learn. It was a friendly atmosphere.
