Poor process with little to no respect for candidates time. After passing the initial sift phase I was invited along with over 18 other candidates to fill in a written test. Had to travel over two and a half hours to reach the office. Sat it along with another candidate and were given no real introduction to the role and were told to fill in the form as soon as we sat down. Could have easily been done remotely and not wasted peoples time on such a badly run process. Only found out over email several hours later that I hadn't been successful after the HR woman promised to call all candidates. I would question what she actually did in this process as it seems to be very little. All in all poor, disrespectful and grossly incompetent.
