I applied online. I interviewed at Watsonville Community Hospital (Watsonville, CA)
Interview
Open ended kind of interview with a pannelist of three people - DOP, PIC, and a technician that would act as my supervisor. They asked about my previous experience, my willingness to learn and what I know about in-patient pharmacy, and professionally what are some things I would like to improve. It was a comfortable interview process both formal and informative but also not so pointed and stiff.
