Interview
There were multiple steps to the process, including a phone screen interview, in-person interview with the HR Manager, and subsequent in-person interview with the President.
The most impressive part of the interview process was that the HR staff was clear on the skills and traits they wanted. It was evident in the job posting and supported from the questions they asked and how they selected their candidates (including me). I have found that many employers state they want one type of candidate in the job posting, then interview based on a different skill set. At Watson, all of those interviewing me were looking for the same skills and traits.
