The process is the normal one where by the advert is publicised in news papers, shortlisted candidates invited for the interview.During the interview th candidate is allowed to himself in both the two official languages for easy communication purposes.After the interview, offer letters are sent and candidates expected to reply and state whether they accept or decline.
