I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Water For People (Lima, Lima Region) in Jan 2022
Interview
Its a bit of a long process, but not complicated at all. First, a quick one-on-one with HR to review my CV.
Afterwards, a quick exercise to check on my abilities, nothing overly complicated, and gave me a day to fill the exercise.
Finally a one-on-one meeting with head of the department and two other members of the team.
Overall, although a little long, it was a very good experience, and everyone was very nice.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Water For People
Interview
Overall the process was very lengthy. It took about two months from application to offer and there were numerous steps in the process. Got the impression that the organization was very bureaucratic and disorganized and I declined the offer. Huge employee turnover was another concern.
I am sorry you found the interview process unfavorable, and we do apologize for any negative experience you had during the hiring process. We strive to be efficient and diligent in finding just the right person for our positions and sometimes this takes longer than we would like. I would like to mention that we do have some people leave the organization for various reasons, but we actually have very low turnover. Our retention rate so far in 2021 is 94%.
