Waste Solutions Canada interview questions

Had a 30-minute phone call which went quite well. Mainly going through my CV and some behavioural questions. Some questions were asked about my knowledge level. After interview I was told I would receive a reply in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later no reply so I sent a follow-up and still no reply. Pretty unprofessional to be ghosted and disrespectful to the candidate's time.

Screener with HR, followed by Teams meeting with person you'd be reporting to. Typical questions for the position. Discussed role, territory and expectations. A little short in time, if anything.
