Washtenaw Intermediate School District interview questions

Panel interview for posting of job I was already doing as a temporary staff member. (Temp work was and remains a common way to get a foot in the door at this agency for secretarial and administrative positions.) After the position was posted, I submitted an application and other applications were also accepted. An interview was quickly scheduled, since my recent experience matched the job description, and the panel consisted of department heads with whom I was familiar and saw on a regular basis.
