Washington State University Vancouver interview questions

The initial interview was fine, but for the follow up interview I was asked to prepare a 20-minute presentation for the second interview, which was going to be about 3 hours of consecutive interviews. Given the pay they offer is lower than the market standard, this seemed unreasonable.
