I was contacted about two months after I initially applied, and then my interview consisted of one zoom interview, where there were three people from the department all together in the same room. The format was weird and made it somewhat uncomfortable. I didn't get the position, and wasn't emailed with this information until literally three months later. I honestly lost interest in working there from the interview process as a whole, so by the time I found out that I wasn't selected I didn't really care. The interview itself was pretty easy and straightforward, mostly questions about my background and a few behavioral questions.
