Washington County Sheriff's Office interview questions

Nutty. Three young panelists on teams. Were sitting at a table looking at me off screen. I was looking down on the table. Very strange dynamic with eye contact impossible. They went on and on about the position, then asked a bunch of questions that didn't assess my abilities, experience or expertise. Then during my asking questions, spoke non-stop for 15 minutes while I sat there nodding. Very uncomfortable.

I personally had many years of experience. My interview was with Sheriff Skyles. I had a 1 on 1, sit down interview with him and he was extremely cordial and easy to speak with.
