WCP ghosted me after three interviews! The process started with a 30-minute phone screen with their President, followed by a one-hour in-person interview with both the President and VP of Finance. Immediately after, I was invited to a final phone interview with the CEO, VP of Sales, and a Sales Manager. The interviews seemed to go extremely well, and I was told they would make a decision within a week. It’s now two months later, and despite following up several times, I’ve received no response. The role is still posted on their LinkedIn, so I assume they weren’t interested in me after all, despite putting me through an extensive interview process. It’s disappointing to see a company display such a lack of integrity after leading a candidate on. It makes me wonder if the reviews I've read about their culture are true...
