I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Warren (CA) (Woodland Hills, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Reached out after I applied fairly quickly. Was excited to accept the interview over zoom, only to find out when I arrived it was a group interview. Definitely threw me off as to why they didn't communicate this prior, as group interviews are pretty common. It shouldn't be something you hide from your interviewees; screams of poor internal communication and unprofessionalism. I was offered a second in-person interview, and when I communicated my availability they ignored the times I suggested and told me when I needed to come in. When I communicated that their time wouldn't work for me I was ghosted.

Question 1
Are you comfortable with this business model as well as wearing many different hats in your role?
Extremely vague process with no transparency only to find out my interview was a group zoom setting with 2 other candidates. I was the first person to answer every question in front of others.

Question 1
Within first 5 minutes they wanted to know if I was interested in a 6-8 week management program. Extremely unprofessional and misleading to candidates.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Warren (CA) (Woodland Hills, CA) in Sept 2023
Interview
It was a group Zoom with the "head of the company," he's incredibly energetic and hypes everybody up. He asks various questions about starting entry level and making it to management/running your own team in a matter of months. He then asks when you can come in for an in person interview to learn about the company culture. After this first interview, I went in for an in person interview. This is where I learned that it is a full MLM where you sell internet door to door. There are a shocking number of companies like this. I have received multiple calls and texts for this exact pyramid scheme.
