I applied with a referral, then was reached out to ~1 week later to complete a recorded interview, which had 5/6 questions 1.5-3 minutes each and 3 multiple choice (standard "are you able to work in XYZ 3 days a week"). I was contacted the next day by the recruiter to schedule an interview with a senior manager for that week. I thought the interview went great and fully expected to move on to the next round, but at the end of the day I was sent a rejection email. The sr. manager had about 6 questions for me, client facing and upsell focused.
