Really fast at responding, they provide you with regular updates at every stage. The process last around 4 months before getting the job offer. I really enjoyed the process however it is very long so a lot of time is required.

Interview
A few steps of interview including virtual interviews to the assessment centre. The assessment centre had around 20 people and the day included group and individual tasks. The individual tasks are not to challenging but it is hard to stand out in group situations as everyone is striving to stand out.
