I have been interviewed for two different roles in one year lapse. For the first of them, (August-Sept 21) I tried to get feedback since I was being offered another role. The team never replied to me with any kind of insight after I had gone through a 1 month process (therefore, they ghosted me). Months after (maybe in February or March 22), I received the official automatic email informing that I had been rejected for the role. Thank u 🥹 2nd process: similar, 2 rushing interviews for a -this time- temp role. I had to inform on the process that making a double temp contract in my location was not possible. They didn’t come to me with feedback in weeks, until I did receive the final rejection email again. They could do better in terms of transparency and candidate experience
