I applied via LinkedIn and got my first interview pretty quickly. The first interview with the recruiter was very nice and I felt very comfortable. I got an invitation for my second interview after one exact week. The second interview was with the UX UI Lead and also was very nice. I did get the idea that maybe I didn’t perform as expected and got a rejection after a week and one day upon asking for an update. The reason I’m not better rating the process is because the rejection was very impersonal, your classic automatic reply from Personio. I also requested feedback and never got a response. I think recruiters need to understand how hard rejections are and I think applicants deserve more than an automated response after 2 rounds of interviews. Also, feedback is tremendously helpful, and again, applicants deserve it if requested.
