It went in four stages, followed by a reference check. The process took over a month to get to stage three. They initially said there would be only three stages, but then announced at the end of the third stage that they would add a fourth stage. It didn't matter anyways because after the in-person interview at their office, they ghosted me. The recruiter wouldn't return any of my emails or calls. Very unprofessional.
