Multiple calls with an individual from HR to discuss roles, responsibilities, and wages. Followed by an offer letter being sent to me and continued discussions to meet half way on demands.

I went into the interview feeling confident, and felt like they were prepared. There was only one HR person who seemed to know what they were doing, which was nice.
