I applied online. I interviewed at Walter Scott & Partners (Edinburgh, Scotland)
Interview
The interview stage was an in-person split assessment centre: firstly an unprepared group exercise (in small groups of 5-10) to test problem solving, and secondly an individual panel interview with two Walter Scott managers.

Question 1
Unpacking experience mentioned on CV, plus more generic STAR-based situational/competency questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walter Scott & Partners (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Feb 2025
Interview
It is a 2-step interview process, according to which you go for the first one and then advised on whether you are passing the stage to go for the second and final. Not very challenging interview though as it's not a competency-based questions interview, but rather a discussion about experience and skills, so very unclear how they select candidates to go through the next stage. You can ask questions about the job.

Met multiple team members interviewed me over an hour or two. They were friendly discussions about previous experiences and fit for the role. There weren't too many competency type HR questions.
