My interview was easy interview and fast interview processing. Mine took one or two weeks then when you accept the offer, you will proceed immediately to the requirements. Questions are easy.

Technical examination (electrical engineering computations) Then HR assessments, 4 online assessments. Then I was interviewed by the manager and he didn't ask too much questions. Instead he just said that I better stick with my sideline, which is an online job. I didn't really get the point. He just discouraged me instead of asking questions. I am a licensed engineer with 6months experience as site electrical engineer. On their job post, it is clearly stated that "NO WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED" and "LICENSED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER". So why would he say that I should just stick with my sideline? He also said that he can't see how I could help them. Unbelievable. After that I just said that I spent my internship on a property management company so it is similar to the position I am applying to. Then he just said that they will just call me. Knowing that it is a one day process, it is clear that they will definitely not hire me.
