The interview process is a two step process, in which you interview with cast casting and then interview with the leadership from the department you are applying to in a group, and then individual interview.

Interview
I was in the Disney College Program so I had my interview in Canada, it was fun and up beat, really comfortable. Then they said it would be two weeks until we heard back via email (more like 3 weeks).
