Applied online, took less then a week to get an invitation email for an assessment day with another 10-15 people.
Fun and easy going atmosphere, it's good to know this and that about Disney on the assessment but you don't have to be a die hard fan. Just be yourself and positive!
Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it
