After completing an online interview which is pretty straight forward, I scheduled a telephone interview. Well I guess I say it's pretty straight forward, but many people don't get past the online interview stage. It basically assesses whether or not you'd be a good fit for Disney. Because the university I attended was one of the top recruiting schools for the College Program, I think that played in my favor. The phone interview came and I got a call and was asked basically what job I was looking to do and then they asked me about my work experience or other experience that may be needed in that kind of work environment. The interviewer decides what job you're placed into so they ask you questions to get a good idea.
